Terms of sale
Last updated September 29, 2026
Pixel Is Truth is an independent developer selling small Mac apps and digital images at pixelistruth.com. By buying, you agree to these terms.
What you get
A one-time purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use that item on Macs you own. There is no subscription. You can re-download anything you bought from your library.
Not signed by Apple
Our apps are not digitally signed or notarized by Apple. macOS will warn you the first time you open one, and you allow it once in System Settings (see Install help). The apps need macOS 13 or later.
No warranty
Items are provided as is. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't promise they will work on every Mac or be free of bugs. Our total liability for any item is limited to what you paid for it.
Tips and advice apps
Money, relationship, career and similar apps offer general information for learning and inspiration. They are not financial, legal, medical, psychological or other professional advice.
Apps that use your own AI key
Some apps can connect to an AI service (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) using an API key you provide. That service bills you directly, under its own terms, and receives the text you send it. AI characters are fictional and can be wrong.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. USDC payments are sent on the Base network to the address shown at checkout; send the exact amount shown, since payments of other amounts, tokens or networks can't be matched to an order.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
